Kevin has led mission-driven work for social impact initiatives at World Central Kitchen, Agape International Missions, and Google.
Why we built Rallee
When Krissy was in junior high, she lost her stepdad to cancer. Their counters were covered in casseroles, more than could fit in the fridge, and she will always be thankful for that love. But the need was bigger than casseroles. It was rides, errands, help with bills, check-ins, and someone staying close after the first wave of support passed. Her family needed care that matched the real moment.
As an adult, she kept seeing the same gap everywhere: in families, friendships, workplaces, and churches. People want to show up, but love gets lost in the logistics. The person who is hurting ends up coordinating updates and help. Volunteers burn out. Caregivers juggle meal trains, support requests, and follow-up comms across multiple platforms, trying to keep people from slipping through the cracks.
So Kevin and Krissy built Rallee. Rallee turns compassion into coordinated care for life's biggest moments, from welcoming a new baby to losing a loved one. For individuals, it helps friends and families organize support around major life transitions.
Krissy and Kevin built Rallee because life is complex, and caring for each other does not have to be. Love should be organized, sustainable, and shared, so more people feel supported, not stranded, when it matters most.
