What 3 million meals taught me about showing up
Rallee was founded on the belief that people deserve respect, empathy, and care that actually fits their lives during major life moments. This approach was shaped through my experience working with José Andrés at World Central Kitchen during our disaster relief efforts following Hurricane Maria. José taught me that you can’t wait until everything lines up. You have to jump in and help where you can. This attitude fueled our tiny team to activate 20,000+ volunteers and serve over 3 million meals.
