What is Rallee?

Care coordination from the patient's community

Rallee helps your patient's friends and family carry out their care plan by centralizing communications, crowdfunding and care in one place.

Without Rallee
  • The caregiver texts thirty people after every appointment
  • Nobody's sure who is driving to the follow-up
  • "Let me know if you need anything" never turns into actual help
With Rallee
  • One update and everyone is informed
  • A calendar where people sign up for meals, rides and errands
  • Help that shows up on the days it's needed

Health updates, plus any help they need

Patients and caregivers can share health updates and choose as many support types as they'd like:

See it

What your patients will see

Health updates and messages are on from the start. When people ask how to help, the patient or caregiver adds meals, rides, donations or anything else they need.

A Rallee page, screen by screen
  • A Rallee health update in which a family shares news about a diagnosis with friends.
    Updates

Write it once. Everyone following gets it.

  • The Rallee message board with notes of encouragement and photos from friends.
    Messages

    Encouragement in one place.

  • A Rallee page for a woman named Tanya, with a photo of friends and a short description of how to help.
    The page

One link with the story and ways to help.

  • The Rallee volunteer calendar with slots to deliver a meal, bring coffee and help with kids.
    Ways to help

Meals, rides and more on one calendar.

  • The Rallee invite screen with share buttons for text, email, WhatsApp and Facebook.
    Invite

Share by text, email or group chat.

  • A Rallee donation card showing money raised toward a goal and recent donations.
    Donations

Optional, and the money goes to them.

Too tired to type? Say your update instead.

Rallee has speech to text for updates. Press and hold the microphone, talk through on your phone or computer, and your words show up as text you can fix before you post. It helps in a waiting room, or on a day when typing it all out is too much.

Social determinants of health

Rallee helps with every SDOH domain

Rallee turns a patient's own friends, family, neighbors and faith community into a coordinated team that covers all five domains. Pick one to see how.

Health care access & quality

The gap at home

No ride to the follow-up, nobody free to pick up the prescription, and a family that doesn't know what the care plan is.

How Rallee helps
  • Friends sign up to drive to appointments, treatment and therapy
  • Errand slots cover pharmacy pickups and supply runs
  • Health updates keep everyone on the same page about the plan

What to say about Rallee: templates you can copy

Words for the bedside, discharge paperwork, portal messages and caregivers. Copy one, fill in anything in [brackets] and change whatever doesn't sound like you.

What to say to a patient at the bedside

Thirty seconds, in your own words. Hand them a brochure if you have one.

Before you head home, one thing a lot of families find helpful is Rallee. It's a free website where you, or someone in your family, can post updates about how you're doing, so you're not answering the same texts all day. You can also crowdfund if money is tight. Friends and family can also sign up to bring meals, drive you to appointments or help with errands, so you're not left guessing who's coming when. It takes about a minute to set up at rallee.com. It's completely separate from the hospital, and nothing you put on it comes back to us.

Privacy

No PHI, no PII, no data shared with your hospital.

Recommending Rallee is like handing over a brochure for a food pantry. Your hospital doesn't send us anything about your patients, and we don't send anything back.

No integration

No EHR access, no IT project, no patient lists. You recommend Rallee like any other community resource.

Nothing comes back to you

We don't send your hospital any reports, referrals or patient data, and you don't send us any.

Patients stay in control

Patients sign up on their own and choose what to share. Pages are private and never show up in search results.

“It was so great to have a central place where I could update all my friends and family. It would have been exhausting doing this via text and calls.”
Sarah H.Seven months of cancer treatment, with 150 people following along.

Free for you and your patients

Pick one. Or all four.

Every option helps more of your patients go home with updates handled and help lined up.
